What you would have to handle yourself
If you take on the sending alone, a lot of work awaits that has nothing to do with your business:
- setting up and paying for sending domains
- running your own email servers
- building and watching the reputation of sending accounts
- verifying your database and removing non-existent mailboxes
- tracking whether you have been flagged as spam somewhere
All of this takes weeks of learning and daily attention. And one mistake is enough to cause a problem that can cost you much more - your domain.
No ruined domain reputation
This is the biggest difference. If you send on your own and ruin your domain reputation, you end up in spam. And it takes very little: if you send to a database full of non-existent mailboxes, the high number of rejected emails lands you on a spam list very quickly. Then you spend weeks fixing it, and the whole time you cannot send email even to your own customers. Invoices for services and goods, orders, everyday communication - nothing gets through until your domain is back in order.
For a company that needs to invoice, this is a serious problem. A month without sending an invoice is not just an inconvenience, it is a hole in your cash flow.
We send through our own infrastructure - our own accounts, our own domains. Your company domain is never touched by the campaign and stays clean. Whatever the campaign does, your invoices keep going out.
Two ways to send a campaign
Depending on what you need, you choose between two methods:
Personal mail (Account Pool) - every email is sent from a real personal mailbox as a personal message, not a bulk blast. It is optimised for delivery to the primary inbox, where the recipient is more likely to read it. With this option we also record the replies delivered to the account the message was sent from, including the full text. It suits you when you care about quality and about the customer actually reading the message.
Bulk mail (SMTP) - classic bulk sending. It is cheaper and suits large volumes where a personal tone is not the point. Because of the mandatory headers that bulk mail must contain, these emails are more likely to end up in the bulk folder. With this option we measure opens and clicks.
Not sure what to pick? Simply: if you want quality and personal outreach, choose personal mail. If you mainly want volume at a lower price, choose bulk.
What you pay for
No monthly subscription. You pay only for what we actually send, and the price depends on the volume. Address verification and database cleaning are included. And if you do not have contacts, we will find and verify them for you by arrangement.
